We are located in Brashear, Tx about 1 1/2 hours (70miles) east of Dallas. We started breeding with Lacey, our first pet Shih-Tzu. Lacey was the smartest, sweetest puppy we had ever had. I wanted to have just one litter since the Shih-Tzu's are such wonderful pets with great personalities. We loved and enjoyed them so much, we decided to have more. Our puppies' are home raised in the house with us (in living room), and are well socialized. They are handled, and played with from day one. My husband Eddie, loves our Shih-Tzu's as much as I do. Eddie is involved with our breeding program, he has also delivered some of our puppies'. He spoils them just as much as I do. The puppies have dew claws removed at 3-4 days of age. First worming is given at 4 weeks and, vaccinations start at 6 weeks of age. They are Vet checked at 6-8 weeks of age, before leaving for their new forever homes. Puppies' are started on paper training. Our Adults and puppies' are kept in a clean environment. Puppies' are fed Eukanuba small breed puppy food, they are given filtered water. Distilled water doe's help with tear stain. Our dogs have a house of their own and, are not caged. The dog house has heat and air conditioning so, they are very comfortable. We have a two (2) year written health guarantee on any life threatening genetic disorders. This is a replacement puppy guarantee only, no monies will be refunded. I will replace the puppy should a life threatening issue arise, that is not associated with the mistreatment of the puppy. We do our best to provide healthy, happy puppies' with good temperaments. I reserve the right to refuse and, or cancel sale of puppy to anyone, at anytime, should I find it's in the best interest of the puppy. Your deposit will be returned to you, should this occur. I will provide references from our Vet and, previous buyers, if you would like. I do require a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to hold the puppy of your choice. We take USPS money orders for deposits, cash at time of pick up. The balance on your puppy is due at 7 weeks of age. All puppies' come with a Eukanuba puppy starter kit, a 5 generation pedigree on both parents and, their AKC application papers. All of our dogs are AKC registered. All males are DNA tested. We do ship with Continental Airlines. Shipping charges are $275.00. If you should adopt an older puppy or an Adult, it could be slightly higher. This includes a Airline approved (mandatory) crate, health certificate (mandatory) and airfare. It also includes charges for our expenses to DFW Airport, time and gas. Continental requires us to be at the Airport 1 1/2 hours before the puppy departs. We are there 2 hours early to insure your puppy doesn't miss the flight.
